Butterflies!

Little Girl is sad…..I hate to see her so sad. She can’t go out and play because it’s too cold today. She can only play with Boy so much before some sort of tragedy occurs.  

Yesterday he took her tea set and used the plates and cups as targets for his G.I. Joe automatic sub-machine gun training. THAT was a mess. Last week he stole Girl’s phone and texted something to some boy that caused her to run to her room and cry for the rest of the night. He’s a good kid, but the urge to annoy the stuffing out of his sisters is strong with him. It’s like “the force”. He can’t resist. 

Anyway, back to Little Girl. I have an idea. I grab her butterfly net from the garage and carefully bring it up to her room. “Jax you’re awesome!” (I know). Little Girl’s room is done in a tasteful butterfly motif and I often help her “catch” the butterflies on her wall and in her curtains. This occupies her for the rest of the day and we finally fall on the bed laughing at our game. Life is good! ……Peace out Pups!
