![]() Jax here!! Tomorrow is the start of the new year 2014. Girl says I should have a resolution. Her resolution is that she will try to be nicer to her brother this year. I’m betting this will last approximately 30 seconds until all hell breaks loose and she has him in a headlock on the kitchen floor. Boy, in turn, vows to be nicer to Little Girl. This also will last 30 seconds until he decides it’s time to redecorate her dollhouse with silly string. Little Girl is just so sweet, She says that in 2014 she will feed me more biscuits and scratch me behind the ears more. I just love her so much! Since I am already awesome, I think I will concentrate more on things I want to accomplish this year. I would like to travel a little, take up ballroom dancing and find a new friend. I’m relatively sure these can be accomplished within the year and come next Monday, I will start in earnest. Wish me luck, and Happy New Year, everyone!

![]() I was sleeping in Little Girl’s room. The clock read 6:30am. She was up and ready, however, Owner had instructed her to stay in her room until 7:00am. This seemed to be some sort of mental trauma for Little Girl. She was very anxious to go down to the green tree. She passed the time by telling me what was going to happen today. First they would open presents, then have breakfast, then off to her Aunt's house. She was exceedingly sorry that I would have to stay home, but it’s ok with me. Finally the clock struck 7:00am. They were out of their rooms like racehorses. It’s the fastest I’ve ever seen them move, actually. So much excitement, wrapping paper flying around, squeals of laughter and happiness. Wow this IS a great day. It’s everything Little Girl said it would be. After breakfast, Girl looked under the tree one last time. “Mom, there is another present under here in the back”. She pulled it out and much to my surprise, she held it out for me to inspect. “It’s for you, Jax!” What? A present for me? Like this family doesn’t give me enough love already? I carefully tore the paper to reveal, not 1 but 3 new Classy Collars. Oh, Joy! Owner is so good to me!! That night was another perfect night with my family. I was all decked out in my new Classy Collar and feeling as loved as a dog could be. Merry Christmas all!! ![]() “SANTA IS COMING, SANTA IS COMING” Little Girl screams as she’s running thru the house. Who is this Santa person, exactly? I’m not sure, but whoever he is, everyone is excited about him. I’m resting in Little Girl’s room as usual and in the back of the closet I see something white and fluffy. Time to investigate. Next thing you know I’m in a winter wonderland! Snow falling, music playing, this is awesome!. What’s that castle up ahead? Who in their right mind would build a castle out in the middle of nowhere? Here’s a sign...I can’t read, but it says “Santa’s Workshop”. A quick peek in the window reveals little people with pointed hats making toys. (this is the weirdest trip thru the closet yet). Well I guess it’s time to go home. I wish I could have stayed longer, but it’s getting pretty cold. Just as I’m about to head back, a big round man comes out. He says, “Hi Jax, I hear you’ve been very good this year. Tell Little Girl, Girl and Boy that they’ve been good too and I’ll be at your house in a few days, Ho-Ho-Ho”. I’m dumbfounded. So many questions…..how does he know where we live? How does he know the children by name? How does he know they’ve been good? Why is he coming to the house? Do I need to be on extra high security guard? Is he a threat to my family? Is he naughty? He seems pretty nice. We’ll have to see about him. Ho-Ho-Ho indeed. ![]() Jax here! I took out my Cheetah Print Collar today, because I’m feeling adventuresome. I sneak into Little Girls room. It’s early morning and she opens one sleepy eye and pets my head. I lay down next to her bed amid the dolls and books. Wait……what’s this? The closet is slightly open. Heh-Heh….now’s my chance. I slink into the closet as quiet as a cheetah and enter the jungle. What a day! The jungle comes alive with sounds I’ve never heard before. There is so much to see and do here! All day long I romp in the sultry heat. I even explored an old Temple belonging to some ancient people, no doubt. Time for a swim in a stream nearby…..watch out for those hippos! Whew! Getting a little tired…..I think I’ll take a nap. Some time later I awake to Little Girl. She opens the closet door and says to Boy and Girl, “See, I told you she’d be in my closet”. The children decide I need some exercise. WHAT? I’m exhausted! I just spent all day in a jungle! Whatever makes them happy. I know they love me. I'm so glad the kids are home so we can play in the snow! Now if I can just keep them from finding my secret snowball stash... we'll be good. No one expects a snowball to the face from the dog!
Hi All, Jax here!
Lately I know you all been seeing my Classy Collars and I’ll bet you are wondering how I manage to come up with a new collar everyday. Besides my owner being a great owner, she is also very stylish and works hard to make sure I have an excellent selection. Today I decided to wear my yellow collar with dots. This collar reminds me of the spring. I need that today because it is so dreary and snowy out here in southeast PA. Springtime is so festive and I know it’s just a few short months away. Winter fact: the shortest day of the year is December 21st, so it’s all downhill after that! But I digress: a few times a week I’m going to let you into my world of pampered pet turned dog model extraordinaire! I'm a pretty exciting dog and I thought you all might enjoy following along with me and my adventures. My family is so sweet and nice to me. They are: owner and owner’s husband, along with owner’s children: girl, boy, and little girl. I have the most fun with the children. Not only do they take care of me and take me for walks and such, but they love to scratch me in places where its hard to reach.I hope you enjoy these stories, and please check out my owners website. This is where I find all my Classy Collars! www.wesewclassycollars.weebly.com |
